Berry Yoghurt Dessert

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 350 grams berries - fresh or frozen - whatever berries you like
  • 500 grams yoghurt
  • Topping - You can sprinkle either treacle sugar (as in the picture), fresh berries, chopped nuts or whatever you fancy

Cooking method:

  1. Heat the berries in a saucepan and cook till a lovely syrupy texture.
  2. Layer the berry mixture with the yoghurt in small glass dessert bowls.
  3. Decorate with the topping of your choice.
  4. Chill before serving.
